Add Vatanan from my farm for either Goligoski or Martinez?

Need some input. Very Deep 12 man Dynasty Keeper league. 25 man active roster + 14 man farm. Currently have Vatanan on the farm (rest of roster and farm listed below). Rules are that if a player plays over 60 games, they need to go through waivers to be moved back to the farm once promoted; 82 game max at the beginning of the season to remain on the fam all season. So once I pull Vatanan up, he is going to remain on the active roster as there is no way he falls through waivers to be moved down. Yet he can remain on the farm all season if need be as long as I do not call him up.

So question is, do I promote him over Goligoski or Martinez right now? Or do I wait and see if the slow start for Goligoski is a pattern like last season?

Start daily 3C, 3LW, 3RW, 6D, 1UTL, 2G No limit on positional starts, H2H league, following offensive cats:
G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, SOG, FW, HIT

I am carrying 7 dmen in order maximize roster.
Last Season was runner-up to championship and there are about 8 really competative teams so each week matters. Currently am winning all offensive cats expect for +/- (losing and Goligoski doesn't help) and SHP (tie at 0 LOL).

I would definitely promote Vatanen over Martinez. Goligoski will be solid at some point. And, Vatanen is gonna score 40 points this year, no question. He looks alot more comfortable this year and hes not going anywhere. Martinez is okay, but I think he's easily the worst player of the 3.

To me, its a pretty easy decision.

Goligoski started slow last year, but ended the season well. I expect Goli to do the same again this year, so don't panic and bring Vatanen up too soon. Save him for when you definitely need him up with the big club.

I'd promote him over Martinez. The hot streak at the end of last season, and two very high-profile goals have boosted Martinez' value a lot, but he's still just a 25 point d-man imo. Vatanen has a ton more upside for this season.
