My guess: 2 years, $7.75 per. To me this would reflect the beginning of the end with the Habs so it is based on the idea that they can't get deal done and they go to arbitration.
I agree with this and predict a similar contract of 2 years at 8 million. This is the second time in the last three years that his contract negotiations have been hashed out over a too-long period of time. Subban can say what he wants about staying in Montreal, but I think he'll move on when he realizes that they aren't going to pay him what he could get elsewhere.
