Dougie Hamilton by a country mile imo
Points only keeper league....I'm getting either Dougie Hamilton or Brendan Smith in return. Starting next season, which do I want...or is it pretty even?
Thanks in advance

While I am sure Smith is a capable NHL defender, he isn't going to produce points like Hamilton will in the next year or two when Boston's older defensemen like Chara and Seidenberg start to show their age and give way to the younger potential power play quarterback. Can't imagine how potent the Bruins will be if Hamilton and Krug staff their future power play together.

I see Dougie being a 45-50 pt guy in his prime while Smith being a 30-40 pt player. Both great players but I would rather have Hamilton now and future
I have to agree with the Dougie side. Smith has promise but hasn't shown much in the NHL to this point. Hamilton has remained fairly productive (when healthy) and the B's are a much better team at the moment, and likely in the future too.

Yup, this is pretty close to what I see in both players as well. I would go with DH here, especially in a points-only format.Originally posted by StuntMan712 View Post
