I'd go with Eriksson, personally. He was starting to sharpen up before the Olympics, and looked good in Sochi as well.
Keeper league with G,A,PTS, +/- as the scoring categories.
No chance of a trade right now with the history of injuries and neither are likely a keeper in our limited keep format.
I need to release one of them by 8 tonight.
Who do I keep for the remainder of the season.
I have one other option...waive both of them and pick-up Kucherov off waivers.
Thanks

Both guys are made of glass but I'll take Gabby here. Eriksson just doesn't impress me anymore since being traded to Boston.
I'd drop Eriksson. He's been skating on Boston's third line and I don't see him moving up to the top six. Obviously an injury could change the lines, but I think Eriksson getting hurt again is more likely than Iginla, Lucic, Marchand, and Smith.
Gaborik will be back for his Columbus' first game after the break. When he comes back, he'll certainly be in the top six and the first PP unit (Eriksson is on Boston's 2nd).
Sorry man, Gabby is made of glass.
Eriksson is by no means made of glass.

Correct me if I am wrong, but before this season Eriksson only missed 3 games in 5 seasons. I agree that concussions do throw a bit of a wrench in things, but he came back looking pretty decent.
Eriksson is a very under-rated player, and always has been. Short of PIMs he puts up solid stats, and he is LW (the toughest position to fill....if position is an issue)
I think you HAVE to pick Eriksson here. Nothing good ever happens when you own Gaborik.
EDIT: Gabby may be a little better risk/reward. But I take Eriksson
REDRUM
-roto - 10 team - keep 20 of 24 - G, A, PTS, +/-, PIM, PPG, PPA, W, SV, SV%
C - Nathan MacKinnon, Aleksander Barkov, Nick Bjugstad, Jonathon Huberdeau
LW - Evander Kane, Jaden Schwartz, Brayden Schenn, Chris Kreider, Jonathon Drouin, Sven Baertchi
RW - Kyle Okposo, Valeri Nichushkin, Gustav Nyquist, Chris Stewart
D - Oliver Ekman Larsson, Dougie Hamilton, Viktor Hedman, Kevin Shattenkirk, Erik Johnson
G - Jonathon Bernier, Sergei Bobrovsky, Darcy Kuemper, Robin Lehner
If it's just for the rest of this season I'd roll the dice with Gabby.
While he holds value in a keeper, I think Eriksson is a write off this season.
Thank you all for your perspective

I'd gamble with Gaborik here as well. Eriksson hasn't shown me much of anything to prove he'll out-produce Gaborik. Plus, he's still stuck on Boston's third line.
Both Brutal.. Close your eyes and choose.
Id like to say Loui, but he wont give you much sticking on that third line.

I prefer Gaborik
Smith has taken the spot on the 2nd line and is having a great season not many were expecting.
Columbus is/was on fire and getting Gaborik shoulf help them stay sharp.
