I also like gainers plan the best. Enroth is a perfect addition coming back because he could take the starters spot if/when miller gets traded, at least get in a bunch of games. That may be enough to win a few cats in a good week.
If that doesnt pan out then i like option 4 the best too. Halak may split games this year and at his salary thats too much for a 1a/b tender.
