Keeper League - Looking for a GM

We have a long-standing keeper league (over 5 years) but recently had to punt a GM.

We are looking for a new GM to take over. We had a candidate whom has gone MIA.
So I am putting the team out there for general interest.

The league is a salary based league, where we use annual salaries, not cap hit (helps with player movement yr over yr to keep interest)

Rosters are 23 PRO and 25 Farm.
Team is already selected, as this would be a take-over position.
However, this years rookie draft has been held off til we get a candidate.

The ideal GM would be A) very active, B) have experience with Salary cap based leagues, and C) has some willing time commitment.
A and C are most coveted aspects.

The league has 2 webpages (1 old for transactions and 1 database), and we use Yahoo as a hosting service.
