GO BRUINS GO!!!!!!!
My boys have been playing like (to quote the Iron Sheik) "dead dog sh*t after it get f*ck by dead dogs". Hopefully they can turn it around and pick it up for the post season. I think Toronto was the perfect opponent to allow them to do that. They play well against the Leafs and definitely play with more confidence against them.

I can't ignore the numbers the past two seasons: Leafs have beat the B's once in 10 games and Seguin has 16 points (10 goals) whereas Kessel only has 3. Mental toughness is huge in the playoffs and there's no way the Leafs aren't mentally intimidated by those numbers. Bruins in 6.

Bruins in 6, unless Kessel can miraculously score an even strength goal against the Bruins (something he has not managed in 22 games career games vs the B's ).
Having said that, I hope Im wrong and the leafs actually shake that 6'9" monkey of their backs that is Zdeno Chara ..... Also, Boston isnt exactly rolling into the post-season in great form (neither are the leafs) so we will see.

Muckler was right all along!
Tough game right there. Not sure what's worse.....Kessel being non existent..or Reimer's glove hand being non existent. I mean that in terms of what is going to get more heat and thus put more pressure on them.
Dunno how the Ference elbow won't be a suspension.....
A picture is worth a thousand words:
Huge props to Leafs fans for not bitching and moaning over the Ference elbow. Yes it was dirty and should have been a penalty. Good chance it results in a game or two suspension as well. But I've heard very little whining over the lack of penalty from the Leafs fanbase. Very impressive as I can think of several other teams fans that would have been clamoring for excuses.
Ference has a 2PM hearing today for the incident.

We were all honestly hoping it was the wake up call that Grabovski needed.
I like Grabo but this year he reminds me of a bad golfer:
One day he can drive but the short game is off and the putting is brutal
Next he can putt, but everything off the tee goes left and his iron range is off.
Then he finally gets his irons and short game woeking and the putter goes south again.
I like the guy. He is tough he tries and it looks like he cares.
Now he just needs to get his complete game going.
Maybe Ferrence was just trying to help?
Grabbo has the speed and the skills but in all honesty, he's not gonna last much longer in the league the way he plays.
I don't think I've seen a player who has his head down more than Grabbo.
