Letang is a frustrating case.
I owned him last year and he went out after scoring a game-winning OT goal and remained out for two months. I think that was a concussion if I remember correctly...seemed minor and dragged on and on.
Hopefully he'll be back soon for the Letang owners...
I own Letang in multiple leagues. So not only is he f**king me there, but I was in talks in a league to acquire a d-man from the Letang owner, now his injury is leaving him short at D so he has managed to f**k me again.
You'd think he would have at least bought me dinner and told me I was pretty first.
Without me, it's only "aweso".
Maybe it's time he take it a bit easy on the off-season training. Angus is always harping on how this guy trains as hard as anyone in the league but it sure doesn't pay dividends when you can't even stay in the lineup. I'm sure the two are unrelated, especially when you consider all the time he missed last season was concussion related but this is fantasy hockey dammit, I need explanations, no matter how irrational.
The counter to this of course is that Dustin Byfuglien's non-training program in the offseason doesn't seem to be working for him either having lost multiple games in each of the past two seasons. Let's just assume there's a middle ground here - somewhere between the salad and the buffet, between gym sweat and night sweats.

Injured defenseman Kris Letang has joined #Penguins practice. First time for that since he's been hurt.
Letang's been activated from IR.

Yeah!!! PIT has really been struggling to generate offense without his playmaking ability and speed on the back end. Oh yeah, I also have some fantasy-based reasons for being pleased about this...
