I'd sit him. NY boasts one of the stronger rosters, and that top line is scary. Bryz and PHI should find their game eventually, but I wouldn't throw Bryz in against such a strong team right now, even if they played last night.
I'm starting Halak tonight.
Do I take a 3rd chance on Bryz tonight against hopefully a tired Rangers squad and Lundy...playing back to back?
Or exercise restraint and sit the loony toon until I see a quality start out of him, or vs a more favorable match up?

I hope I'm not jinxing my lundy win tonight but hell no don't put bryz in tonight.

You guys realize...tonight he'll post his first win...and it will be a 32 save shut out!
(Needed to post it just incase...I'm sitting him for the record, but will check back here on the results post game!) lol
I'd start him (and I am in three leagues) because...that's the way I roll. I'd rather take a chance at being burned while he plays then being burned while he's on the bench. Especially if he's one of my starters.
OH Damn you for making me think!
Given your scoring categories I'd start him assuming their is no max games. If I'm reading your scoring correctly a SV% of .900 is break-even with a win gaining 15 points and shutout another 15 points. Seems like a bad game costs you 7-10 points while a great game can be worth 60+ points. In this format I would be very reluctant to sit a goalie ever because it favour playing them in my opinion.

I would start him. I would rather have a chance to win, and lose, then to never have had a chance to win. If you had someone different to slot in, it would be different, but you have a spot open, and you only have Bryzgalov to fill it. Start Bryzgalov.
Nobody really saw this coming. Philly blocked a ton of shots and was really solid at team D. The problem is I don't think they can do this consistently for more than maybe a few games at a time.

I'm not the only one to say this but Bryz has not played poorly this year at all. The team in front of him left him out to dry in the other two games. He's a good goalie that has gotten way too much flack for last year, which fantasy wise, he was very good. Top 10, and what more can you ask for?
Head to Head League: 1 point for G, 1 point for A. 2 for Goalie win, 3 for SO.
