I think McDonagh has the edge on +/- as well but I agree with you for the rest. I'd stick with Carlson in that format as well.

I prefer Carlson over McDonagh in your format. As people have pointed out, McDonagh may take PIMs and +/- but the offensive cats go to Carlson. If you had Hits, it starts to even out a little bit, but this format favors the offensive guy for sure.
