You should provide as much information as possible from the start, to save people from asking questions and ensure you get the most accurate advice, as even subtle details (e.g. category values) can make a difference.

You say points, but what are the values for all the categories?
What about the context - is this a pickup, trade, draft, keeper decision etc?
What does the rest of your roster look like?
How many keepers?
Do you split by positions or is it forwards only?
How many do you start per position?
etc.

The best way to provide your league information is go to the blue bar at the top of the forum and at the left you'll find 'User CP'. Click on that and then down the left side further down will be an option to 'edit signature'. You can put all relevant information and it will show up on all of your posts. If you'd rather not add a signature then it helps if you can provide all this info in your next post, and in your first post in future threads.

again you need more imfo but generaly speaking with multi cats id go with landy.

In a points only league I would lean toward Eberle, but as soon as you add the hits Landeskog easily wins the match up

If this was a points only situation I would easily take Eberle over Landeskog but in a multi-cat setup Landeskog evens out the playing field and probably takes over.

In your situation I would look at Landeskog.

Forget the multi-cats aspect, I would take Landeskog over Eberle in a points-only league...

270 shots in his rookie campaign?!! That is bound to help him reach a point per game in the near future...

Another easy vote for Landeskog. Knowing that you count hits is enough to sway the vote for me.

Hits means this is Landeskog country, no hits and Eberle is the choice for me.

I respect everyone's opinion, but I wonder why those who easily choose Landeskog based on the fact that there are hits, when we don't even know how much they're worth? This is a points league, not H2H/Roto.

For the sake of argument, what if it was goals=3, assists=2 and hits/blks=0.1? (nevermind SHP as they're so few).

Last season with those category values:

Eberle 102+84+4.5+2.4=192.9
Landeskog 66+60+21.9+5.8=153.7

Of course if hits are worth more than Landeskog is more valuable. And of course depending on your offensive projections for both players make a difference in your decision. I respect that.

However, until he gives more details and context I'm not sure we can give the best advice.
