I think he meant they adjusted the draft rankings. No mention of eligibility changes anywhere in his post.

Not sure where you read anything about "eligibility" in my original post, but Ill clarify since you seem stuck.....they changed/adjusted their RANKINGS (as in overall rank etc).
Crosby is now #4 (was #187)
Parise is now #12 (was #106)
Along with a ton more.
