With the season over lets look at some pending FA's.
MacArthur UFA
Bozak UFA
Orr UFA
Hamilton UFA
O'Byrne UFA
Kostka UFA
Kadri RFA
Komarov RFA
Colborne RFA
McLaren RFA
Gunnarsson RFA
Franson RFA
Fraser RFA
Guys under contract.
Left wing: Lupul, JVR, Frattin
Center: Grabo, McClement
Right wing: Kessel, Kulemin
Defenders: Phaneuf, Liles, Gardiner, Holzer
Goalies: Reimer, Scrivens.
How much would you like to see the FA's sign for and how many years?
Why, oh why, oh why lord do people think we should sign Bozak as a 2nd line C?!?!? I can't take it anymore. Where does that leave Kadri or Grabo? We already pay Grabo as a 1st/2nd liner and he's perfectly capable of filling the role so that leaves Kadri as our 3rd line C which I'm OK with for the time being as long as we get him his minutes on the PP.
If Bozak want's anything more than 2ish mil (and he will) then Nonis has to slam his chequebook shut and move on. Bozak has little value to the club and absolutely NONE if we manage to sign a 1st line C.
I've attempted to clarify my points on Bozak before but mine pale in comparison to some I've found already put together for me in little neat tidy packages (see links below....no seriously, any Leafs fan who thinks we should sign Bozak for what he'll cost 4ish mil, MUST read these articles).

I keep hearing Leafs fans talk about 'Chemistry' between Kessel and Bozak and it's driving me insane! Average to below average players can look good next to a star like Kessel and even better next to a superstar like Crosby, just ask Kunitz (Bozak 3.0). Kessel makes Bozak appear better than he is, end of story. Kessel's production is actually higher without Bozak. Any 'Chemistry' people think they see is an illusion.
I've answered your questions above but with the caveat that we can't afford to keep all of them so some will go. I say cut Bozak, O'Byrne, and Hamilton lose (unless he'll sign a 2 way)
Extend an offer to MacArthur but don't overpay.
Kostka shouldn't be looking for too much and I'd be happy to keep him
Orr...meh...goon in every sense of the word. I like him but would not pay for him
As for the RFA's this is where we should really focus
Lock up Kadri, Franson and Gunnarson!!! Priority.
Try to get Colborne on another short term two-way contract until he proves himself
Komarov should come cheap...if not...pass
Fraser...meh....if he's cheap keep him but don't overpay
Morgan Rielly 2013-14
He either starts the year playing for Moose Jaw of the WHL, has a bigger role for Team Canada in the WJC, and probably gets traded to a potential Memorial Cup team
or
Ends up having an outstanding camp, plays the 9 games with the Leafs and continues the year donning the blue and white.
..............
What do you guys think/prefer.
He would have to play exceptionally well for him to remain a Maple Leaf. Even if he had an outstanding camp/9 game stint, I would prefer him to gain more experience in a junior league.

I'm not convinced he has a ton left to learn at the junior level so if they can make room for him on the bottom pairing I think they should start him there.
12 tm pts only dynasty

3 round draft and 1 waiver per team per year
Ill take the first option .
I think that would be best for his development and would really like to see him take on a big role at the WJC and play against the best of his age group."He either starts the year playing for Moose Jaw of the WHL, has a bigger role for Team Canada in the WJC, and probably gets traded to a potential Memorial Cup team"
I also think with those crucial months lost in his draft year it would be best for him to return to juniors and be a big time player for team Canada and the dub this year
I think he's going to be sent down to juniors. It would be wiser for the leafs if they let him develop in the juniors and at the world juniors.

Im pretty certain Stastny or Weiss will be a Leaf next season!
Which do you prefer? Trade for Stastny or sign Weiss.
Gunnarsson and Kulemin for Stastny makes sense. Too much? Not enough?
As a Weiss owner, I really hope he goes to TO. Would be a boost for him.

Nonis' actions have me feeling like his cap space will be huge benefit this summer. I think he will be looking at teams close to the cap (or internal cap) who won't be able to afford their own RFA's.
Guys like:
Chris Tanev
Cal Clutterbuck
A RFA from St. Louis...Stewart, Berglund and/or Shattenkirk.....
etc..
We will see a lot of players rights being traded this summer, more so than usual. And teams that have the cap space will benefit greatly. I think Nonis is banking on being one of those teams. Hell, it already proved correctly with the Bernier deal IMO.
I don't think we will see Nonis commit to his own fringe RFA's until he knows what the market is like to obtain an upgrade.
When did Komarov go back to Russia?!?
