The Leafs did just not look consistant shift to shift the only line to force the issue when out was the top line and they continue to look good and dare I say it I think that Lupul and Kessel look better with Bozak down the middle.......no he is not the answer but maybe with his forechecking skills and defensive play I think it lets them play a little more creativly offensivley knowing that Bozak will be back defensivly.

Schenn played easily his best game of the year last night and overall has looked better the last two games I am hoping that this is him turning a corner!

Scrivens is not the answer everyone can get caught up on the two games that he won, that he stole the game for use but he looks to shakey and even in the wins had his moments where he was fighting the puck. I still think that we need to be looking into what NYI wants for Nabby as I am sure he is up for grabs and IF we are going to compete all year we need more in net.

The secondary scoring has been horrible this year as well MacAruther to me just isnt the same consistant threat he was last year and really if we are going to move him down to the 3rd line which I am not against then why not send down dupuis and bring up Kadri to play on the Grabo-Kully line to try and spark some offense. Also I still think that Fratten should go down and Colburne up I would like to see the kid in action but I am not sure of his injury status??

All that said the Leafs just need to get there shit together and support the Kessel and Lupul show as they have been great all year and look to continue!! Go Leafs Go!!!

-Phaneuf had some great chances as well, but got caught deep on one of the goals.

No surprises here-Dupuis took a horrible penalty that created a 5-3 and pretty much energized the Sens, seriously send Dupuis down... And the special teams were absolutely atrocious, 0-5 on the PP.

-2 empty net goals, Macarthur scored one on a bad pass into our own net.
Great points man! Sorry for my absence everyone, not the slowest of times for myself.

I'm gonna try and be around more, so look forward to that!

Dude, right as much as you want here! If you watch every game just stop by for 5 minutes and give your thoughts if you'd like.

Tim Connolly remains day-to-day. Won't rule tomorrow out, but consider Thursday in Nashville more likely. Maintenance day for Phaneuf.

    as for Reimer:

Wilson won't announce starting goalie until tomorrow.

Scrivens is confirmed for tonight playing his 3rd straight I hope he can calm down in the nets a bit even in his two really good games that he won he was still sliding out of position and letting up easy rebounds he needs to stay calm and not over play the puck! I think he has the right goalie coach for what he needs but its going to take time for him to gain that experience! I will be watching tonight hoping that we can take out the Yotes!!!

    Go Leafs Go!!

I reallt really hope this is a joke or some sort of misinformation

    @sportsnetbroph
Mike Brophy The Toronto Maple Leafs have made contact with veteran goalie Marty Turco. He has been working out with the Soo Greyhounds.

Marty Turco would be a horrific mistake.

I'd say it's an understatement to even call it an understatement.

    Jonas Gustavsson is horrific...period.

I'd rather Turco than Gustavsson for this year.

really? Gustavsson sucks but Turco sucked on a great team last year

29 GP 11W, 11L, 3 OTL, 3.07 GAA and .897 SVP. On a team like Chicago that is brutal.

Yes, but he's proved to me that he has the ability to play well. Might be old, but can still be a valuable, and reliable asset.

Gustavsson is just so unsteady and unreliable, it's painful.
