Zetterberg and Chara for M. Richards and Doughty?

OK, over the season, I've been having some injury problems at forward, so much that I've had to drop some quality guys. But I'm stacked at D, and I might be able to pry Mike Richards away from somebody in my league. However, as it stands, the discussed deal is as follows:

I send:
- Henrik Zetterberg
- Zdeno Chara

I receive:
- Mike Richards
- Drew Doughty

In my league, Richards is tearing it up at his current pace, and while he is one point shy of Zetterberg's point totals, he is 20 fantasy points ahead of him. But I'm mainly intrigued by this deal because of the inclusion of Doughty, who has had a poor season so far, but can break out at any moment due to his totals from the last few seasons.

But what I'm trying to ask, is this a fair deal?

So...

Chara the full meal monster... with only 11 points.
Zetts... the guy that misses 10 games every year when his back acts up (I think he's a 70 pointer because he plays TWO WAY HOCKEY SO WELL)

M Richards... who I think can be a point-a-game player over a full season, with some very nice extended stats (replaces Chara's PM)
Doughty... what's going on with the wonder kid? Someone mentioned his shots per game were low. So I looked that up. A bit, but he averaged less than two shots a game last year too. I'd bet that it's a blip on the map. Some bad luck were his assists are concerned. Maybe his results are slightly tempered by his injury. I'm betting he gets rolling on 60+ point pace again.

The Doughty side offers an abstract upside that could be AMAZING.

I think I'd gamble on Doughty/Richards.

Is it a fair deal?
Are you ripping him off and going to suffer the scorn of the other poolies? I would think to some degree the answer is yes.

because it's a 1 year league, I would keep Zetts and Chara
