Wow, hard choice. It's a toss-up between Neal and Ladd for best. Burrows is a bit behind these 2 due to no PP time.
A guy is asking for Neal in a trade deal. I'm thinking that of my 3 LW's he's not the one I want to lose. Which is my best and which is my worst?
Ladd - most points of the three, lots of PPP
Neal - best all-around
Burrows - late start with injury, but plays with the Sedins. Could be huge from here on out.

I think "who you want to lose" this is irrelevant. It doesn't matter who you don't want to lose it matters who he wants. If the guy wants Neal, then make him pay for it!
If you can't get enough return on Neal you could always try a bait and switch by initiating trade talks with him and then when it gets to the point where you're asking too much try and settle for the previously agreed deal with Burrows.
I don't particularly see Neal as THAT much better than Burrows or Ladd, although I will agree he is the best of the bunch

I think I'd try to sell high on Ladd. I like Burrows and I think that when he gets back into form he will start putting up the points.

I'd move burrows...Ladd as captain of the team and former cup winner is relied on heavily in ATL in all situation and will be given a major scoring role all year to where I don't consider his production a fluke...Burrows with no PP time had a lower ceiling and not too much higher of a basement..rather have ladd
I'd definitely hold onto Neal, and attempt to sell high on Ladd. If you can't get something significant for him, Burrows would be the one to go. Just don't sell low on him. After all, he's got potential and is playing with the twins. PP time will come and so will points. A lot of people are expecting to buy low on him because of the lack of production thus far.
