Weber has the same problem as Markov in years past, he's overused and will wear down as the season progresses.

He's overused and not getting any younger. Victor Mete's body could probably handle those mins. Too bad we don't have a time machine for Weber. Or better D depth.

Victor Mete is pretty small to expect him to carry those big minutes. He was a nice compliment to Weber but he doesn't look like the type who is going to carry the load.

Mete isn't a solution at all, he's a complementary piece at this point in his career. The reason Weber plays so much is because everyone else is not close to his level.

Yeah I was not saying Mete was anywhere close to Weber’s equal in size, presence, or ability...just that he’s so much younger. Eric your point about this all going back to Bergevin making the team older, slower, “heavier” and at a higher cap hit is where the blame really lies.
