He would be there if he wasn't moved back to wing every time he goes two straight games without a point.

Ya. Would be good if Therrien would've given him as much rope as he's given Desharnais.

How many years does a player have to play in the NHL to be considered a "vet"? That seems to be the key to Therrien's heart...

Today's awesome stat....Chucky is the first player in Canadiens history with 5 multi-goal games in an 8 game span since Beliveau in 1959!

By no means comparing the two but that is neat!

Yeah that's awesome about Chucky. Finally a little excitement for the remainder of the season. Curious if he'll reach the 30-goal mark.

Hudon has also been called up and will play tonight.

Eller and Matteau will miss tonight's game.

Is it me or is tonight's lineup looking like a preseason lineup? Jeez!

Full contrast with last year's luck with injuries...

@JohnLuTSNMtl: #Habs Therrien says Subban isn't ready to practise, still receiving treatment & won't play Tuesday and Wednesday. Eller won't play Tuesday.

I'm thinking Subban will be out another ~2 weeks.

FYI: ''A veterinarian in Canada is a doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM), a professional in animal health care who has
completed a university degree at a veterinary college. It typically takes 4 years to finish a DVM degree. Veterinarians
may also choose to continue their studies after their graduations to become specialized in areas such as surgery,
dentistry, cardiology or other fields. ''

Seriously though, Therrien does favour vets and has a very short leash for the young ones. Imagine if he had given Galchenyuk the proper ice-time/linemates LAST year...

On paper, it could have worked, but clearly not the help he needed to develop his game...
