This Western trip does not look good. We lost against the Canucks who hadn't won at home in 5 games and now we'll face the Oilers and Flames who are both on 3-game losing streaks and are a combined 2-7-0 at home. They'll be pissed and motivated to beat us. Didn't see the game on Tuesday but I'm guessing the Habs need to play much better if they want to get back home with some positive vibes.

Is it Price or Condon tonight, considering the B2B?

It's as if he's trying to be bad (that too-many men penalty was pure laziness on his part and he didn't look like he cared)
That was a bad shift for Semin overall. That line starts on the PP, and at some point, Semin has the puck, skates around, and then gets to the blueline and dumps it in while everyone on his team is standing still. Easy recovery and clear for Vancouver. A few seconds later, the too many men penalty.

Things have changed. Goaliepost says Price likely playing tonight.

2:02pm Not only is Carey Price signing autographs but he's first off the ice which should mean he'll be playing tonight.

Agree with you. I wish Therrien doesn't mess with lines now that he starts to scratch some players...
Flynn is playing 2nd line tonight.

    Interesting.

I'm excited to see what Byron can bring in game action.

Not sure how well Flynn will fit with Eller and Galchenyuk, but maybe this frees Eller up to be a bit more offensive know he's got Flynn to battle for the puck more.

We all knew there would be lineup changes the second the Habs lost a game. I'm not reading too much into this, I believe Semin will be back with Chucky and Eller before long. Flynn doesn't have enough talent to play top 6 for any length of time. Semin will be in the lineup tomorrow unless Flynn has a monster game.

Would not mind seeing Pateryn or Tinordi take Gilbert place either.

I think he hits 60 this year. I don't think Saad hits 50.

I think it's pretty likely Plekanec breaks 60 points and outproduces Saad

Tough to say truthfully. Pleks can get 60 points (like last year), but he can also go through scoring slumps and wind up in the 40s (like the season before). Some of it will depend on how much Therrien messes with that top line.

For those that missed the game due to the late start, the Habs basically dominated the first and then took a vacation.
