Very impressive win on Saturday. It's tough to find anything to complain about right now. Even Semin looked great. Tough test on Tuesday, though.

The best part is winning the shot battle. They're averaging 34 shots per game and only 26.5 against. Huge change from last year.

Haha I love how the video quality of the AHL highlights make it seem like flashbacks from NHL during the 90's.

    Andrighetto looks good.

You would think by 2015 everything would come from HD cameras...

    Absolutely!
You can see how the decision to activate the defensemen had a great impact on their offensive play.
Pucks stay longer at the other end and our fast guys are able to win races for these pucks.
It's a dump and chase mentality, but nobody's holding off.
In that regard, Petry has really solidified the back-end - he's an excellent skater who retrieve pucks and execute efficiently.
    Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.

I would imagine moving Eller to wing has also helped in that regard. Dude looked completely lost last year and his line did nothing.

I agree, Eller looks much better on the wing.

His line has been up and down (in part due to Semin) but overall they've been solid. Seems like a different line steps up each game.
