True, but that doesn't account for what could have been going on prior to that. Why would he be under fire if he didn't contribute to the accident?

The chatter has been ongoing in this thread. Condon has been much better this fall and Tokarski has had issues in his game dating back to last year.

Tokarski really hasn't been good this preseason. That games against Ottawa Saturday was exceptionally bad.

My objection to Tokarski being waived is organizational G depth. If he gets claimed Condon would be fine as a backup but beyond him there's no NHL-ready options.

I don't know but somehow his status is up in the air according to McKenzie.

I'm with you here. I would rather have Condon, but then we're left without much depth in goals.

I don't think he'll be claimed, but still.

Bold move here, didn't think they would do it. They must have a backup plan if he gets claimed.

    That may be a possibility...

Here's a french interview with Bergevin saying he ''was told'' that Kassian wasn't the driver and that if that's the case, it was ''legal''.

    http://www.rds.ca/videos/hockey/lnh/...-pas-3.1150411

But then he goes on to say that he doesn't really understand what he could be doing out at 6:00am on Sunday morning and that management does not support his decision. I guess the ''I got up early to go out to Sunday brunch with my 2 cousins before church'' excuse didn't fly!
