Just read that Habs traded prospect Joonas Nattinen (back in Sweden) and a 2016 7th for Torrey Mitchell.

Correction: Jack Nevins and not Joonas Nattinen.

If my calculations are correct the Habs are at the 50-contract limit and therefore I don't believe will be able to dip into the college FA pool. Just FYI.

Last night's game vs Sharks was a dud but Petry looked solid for the most part.

Fun fact: Markov is up to 39 points. He had 43 last year. Many have complained (myself included) that he is being overused but apparently his body can handle it and excel.

It's probably from all that rest during the three years he was injured.

You're right, he showed up about as often as Pierre Gauthier during that time.

I really wish the Habs would have scored that goal before I basically turned the game out and moved on. Would have made the finish more interesting...

I missed the last couple of games because of being too tired to stay up after the first period. Have the Habs been playing decent?

Eller seems to be frustrating me more now than he has in the past. I used to be a believer that he could be a solid third-line centre, but I'm starting to flip on him. That no look pass at the end of a power play in the offensive zone to no one last night was brutal.

Eller can be awful at times. Looks totally clueless out there and acts accordingly.
