Just a heads up that the Habs are once again focusing on improving the power play. I'm not sure if there will be any changes but it's worth noting that there could be some around the corner.

Wow Price had such a great game tonight. Too bad the Habs suck so much on the PP.

Heartbreaking way to lose...questionable 'two many men' call in OT and ****ing Sid scores the winner
Andrighetto sent back down. Probably means Malhotra will be back next game but it could also point to Parenteau getting closer to returning.

Some significant line changes. Mainly, Plek to 1st line and Galchenyuk to 3rd. Not sure why these changes were necessary though. The top line has been producing chances every game and Pacioretty has been scoring.

So... Jiri Sekac is going to the all-star game as a rookie rep. Not sure what is the criteria (haven't been following) but good for him!

Looks like Emelin could be sitting out next game. After a good start to the year he has been borderline awful at times.

Remember the hectic Habs schedule earlier in the season, when they were playing 10 games in 11 nights or something ridiculous like that?
In the last 25ish days, the Habs have played six games. Brutal. Four of those games have been back-to-back. So there's been a lot of down time.

More stuff coming out about Emelin being a scratch tonight. Weaver would be taking his place.

So the Habs decide to only play in the final 9:30 tonight and pop three PPG! Guess all that practice with the man advantage paid dividends in the third. And when was the last time Price had only 14 saves for the win!? The team just keeps on doing enough to win. Just an envious Oil fan here.

Habs were also dominant in the second period yesterday. Bobrovsky was excellent keeping his team in the game as long as he did.
