Is Markov still the man(besides Subban I guess) on the PP? I need to pick up a dman who provides PPP but noticed the following alarming stat regarding Markov's PP time:

Year Ice Time Power Play Ice Time
    2012-13 24:08 5:16
    2013-14 25:14 5:23
    2014-15 24:10 3:14

Part of that is constantly shaking things up trying to get the PP going. The other part is the improvement of the environment around Markov. I think he'll still finish around the 40-point mark. Less ice time isn't necessarily a bad thing for him long-term.

Cool, thanks. Less overall ice-time should be good for him but I'm a little concerned with less PP ice-time. Last year he got 20 PPP and 43 points. Reasonable to expect similar?
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

Maybe fewer points and PPP due to the team having such a tough stretch on the PP. But still solid overall. Maybe 35-40 points and 15-18 PPP? Tough call IMO because there's only really a 5-point gap between last year and my projection.

Bulldogs are definitely a better team this year because they are scoring more. Hudon and Andrighetto are leading the way. Both are undersized but highly talented.

Meanwhile Mike Condon has been quite strong in goal. I think he is a key guy for the Habs because I don't see Joey MacDonald as much more than a willing bench warmer at the NHL level. Condon is younger and showing a little bit of potential. Not much but it's something.

Eric Tangradi has been called up by the Habs. I guess since they're planning on sitting guys in the press box...

Looks like Tangradi is on line 4 and Gilbert is the 7th dman. That'll hold up till around game time when the Habs go with 7 dmen again.

PAP is being tried out on the point on the PP. I don't really like the move personally. I don't think many forwards can actually play that spot effectively.

Therrien confirmed Price in nets in Buffalo for Friday.
They rematch the Sabres Saturday at home.
Maybe Price will see both b2b games...

Doubt it. If it were late in the season and we were pushing for points then yeah I could see it, but why put stress on his knee when Tokarski has played well enough to warrant the start.

Price might end up getting both games but I would stay away from that. This is a playoff team and Tokarski is plenty good to not hurt the team when he is in.

    You're both right.
I said that because Price will start on the raod and then it's a home game.

    hahahha.
    My god Therrien. Why?

Let's scratch our 3rd best D and send our 4th and 5th best D to Hamilton!

Allen looked slow and lost out there.

I firmly believe Therrien sold his soul for eternal puck luck.

He could put JJ Daigneault in the lineup and I'm sure his team will find a way to win.
