Habs got lucky to come out with two points last night. It's been a very sub-par two games but at least they're still collecting points. I'm hoping for a bit more energy Thursday in Vancouver.

Habs tied with Ducks for first overall. It's good to get as many points as you can get now in case a slump comes later this season.

With the latest drop in play I'm hoping to see Sekac back in the lineup. Bournival would be nice too, just not sure which guy to take out. The only obvious guy is Moen.

Or Bork? With something like 3 goals in his last 50 or so regular season games and not using his big frame nearly often or efficiently enough for the teams benefit.

They need to sign whoever was wearing his jersey during the playoffs.

Even though Bourque hasn't been scoring he has been more active than we have seen him in past regular season games. More chances, more effort, etc. That will keep him in the lineup most nights.

The coach did say he didn't like Eller's play so I wonder if he ends up being the one yanked for a game.

Eller's ass was stapled to the bench most of the lady game anyhow. Played under six minutes total.

And deservedly so. Eller and Pacioretty have been awful on this trip. Of course Patches won't get benched but Eller isn't immune.

Too much circling the puck around with nothing happening. That's been the biggest problem on the western trip.
