I said this before the Habs gave him that contract. I knew this would happen as the young guys started pushing for spots. Hopefully this leads to a positive return like a draft pick or something.

I blame Jacques Martin. He would play Moen on the top two lines, over inflating his value.

Screw the whole receiving a draft pick. I'd give up a draft pick to get rid of Moen.

Moen should have never been given that four-year deal. Just a stupid idea. Some people in this thread were all for it though because apparently he fights or something.

In case anyone is wondering, Tangradi is in the AHL and will probably play the Michael Blunden role this year. Occasional call-ups.

Jacob de la Rose was indeed sent down to the AHL. Looks like Moen, Bournival and Tinordi will be scratches tomorrow.

Still confused with this whole TV deal BS but it appears that tonight's game is a national broadcast on TVA and Sportsnet.

As I discovered I have TVA1 and TVA2 in HD and I'm in northern Ontario.

It makes things a little more complicated, but the upside for Anglos is that all 82 games are now broadcast in English.

Sorry, I was being Quebec-centric for a moment.

There's a little map at the bottom, in blue and red. Everyone in blue gets all 82 games in both languages. Everyone in red, is shit out of luck I'm afraid and only gets the national broadcasts.
