Note: I had family in from out of town and was on the go the majority of the day. I only saw a few minutes of the game so I can't really pass judgment. Sucks to lose though.

My game thoughts (I have the flu, so it was hard to concentrate at times, but this is what I took away):
Price played excellent. Couldn't be faulted on either goal, especially the second one (fluke bounce off the boards).
Never really noticed anyone else on Montreal, except for Eller. He seemed to be all over the ice.
The Habs ice the puck way too often though.
Niemi was excellent. The Habs had one flurry of activity for a few minutes in the second, and he stopped them all. For the most part, he didn't let out rebounds, and didn't allow for second chances.
Moen got injured by taking a puck or stick to the face. Not sure if he came back.
Gallagher nearly got knocked out for the season. It looked to be a horrible fall into the boards, but came back for the next shift.

per RDS:
...
...

Found this on Parros:
George Parros was back at practice with his Montreal teammates on Friday.
Although Parros has been skating the past week, Friday was the first time Parros practised since sustaining a gruesome concussion on October 1st. Barring a setback, he should be cleared for contact within the next seven days.

Budaj in nets tonight... Pateryn recalled. Murray and Parros made the trip, so with Holland around and Leblanc with the Habs, some roster decisions to make for Therrien.
Lines at practice today:
EGG line
Bournival-Pleks-Gionta
Leblanc-Desharnais-Bourque
Blunden-White-Holland
Murray will play his first game of the season tonight.

You guys might get a chuckle out of this: I added Blunden in the league in my sig.
Reasoning: it's a cap league and tons of "star" players find themselves disowned due to the cap dropping. Thus, all of the cheap farm-eligible guys (<80 career GP) are owned by teams for the sake of filling their rosters. I needed a farm-eligible guy to cover for an injury (Perreault might return tomorrow) and Blunden at least gets some numbers (hits/PIM). As a farm-eligible guy I can drop him without buyout penalty when Perreault returns.
There's my excuse. I just threw up in my mouth.
