Boucher in net tonight
So Boucher is starting in net tonight. This is his second straight start. Does someone know why? Is Bobby getting bumped now? I think that would be incredibly stupid if he is being bumped, second most wins and one bad game.
Anyone have any info on this?

What my guess is that they know Leighton is coming back soon and they'll have to send down Boucher and maybe hoping a team picks him up as their backup. Kind of a showcase. No way they can trade him as goalies' values are worthless, nowadays, but just giving the guy a chance to shine so he can find a job elsewhere.
Just speculation on my part. Could be as simple as wanting to give the kid a deserved rest to keep him sharp.

Agreed. Laviolette makes some odd decisions.
It's hard to remember the last time Philly didn't mismanage their goalie system. I'm sure they have their reasons, but yes it does appear foolish at first glance

God Philly is so lucky. Down 2-0 and win 3-2. I wish Boucher could lose so they'd sit his ass. Now I have to wonder if I should pick up Boosh.
It's because I gave my left nut in one of my pools to get Bobs.... because I dropped Boucher, they will probably end up sending Bobrovsky to the minors just to mess with me.
