I recently drafted him as my 2nd goalie (after Jimmy Howard) in the 4th round... very reluctantly. He was the only "solid" starting goalie left, and I didn't want to draft someone potentially involved in a platoon situation. I suspect he is largely undervalued given his injury and poor performance last year.
I'm hoping the Canes have a bounce-back year and he returns to his 35+ win form. How do you guys think he will do this year?

Same with me... Canes had a phenomenal late portion of the season and while Ward was healthy he posted .915 SV%.
Solid... I feel more reassured now
Although definitely don't agree with the comment on Ward > Howard
