Rinne, Halak, Ward, Bryzgalof, Howard, Rask, Backstrom, S.Mason, Quick, Turco, Lundquist I think that is the better of the free agent in my league they are only Miller, Brodeur, Kipper, Luongo and Fleury who are keep so if you think at anybody else please tell me.
I want to pick 3 goalies, we dress 2 goalies and we can change the roster every 2weeks, the pts for a goalie is 2pts for Wins and 3for SO.

There is no right and wrong when trying to predict something that has not happened yet. There is only best guess. If this is yours, I am sure many will agree and many will disagree. What advice I can offer you is, "Not all goalies are like Martin Brodeur!" and are only as good as the team in front of them.
Some goalies are more talented than others but the lesser can still have considerable value if in the right situation. Jimmy Howard anyone?

Your rankings seem ok to me... FLA stinks, yes, but Vokoun is a rock! I'd take him over several on that list... especially if considering a keeper format.
Your pretty right on IMO on Wins... a little short on SOs for Lundy, Ward and Rask.
Expect not as good a season from Bryz and Anderson as last year.
Halak could really disappoint a lot of peeps ths season...watch out...
I feel this year's surprise seasons will come from Ellis, Varlamov, and possibly JDD and even Lehtonen.... I know i set myself up for an attack here, but there have to be some shockers right? Howard anyone?
I think the reason yer not getting a lot of replies is that at this point in the summer, we are exhausted and while I can't speak for others, I'm sick of trying to predict the future and I just want to get my draft on!! NOW! 15 more days...
