Help me upgrade my winless team

Been doing pretty horrible in the first 4 weeks of the fantasy season (4 straight loses) so I wanted to get some opinions about what I should change. The categories that are killing me week to week are FOW, +/- and STP. My team is in my signature.

Here are some FAs available

Grabner
O'Reilly
Afinogenov
Peverley
Samuelsson
Kennedy

I'm leaning towards dropping Cleary and adding O'Reilly or Peverly because they are centers and will help me with FOW. Peverley has the added bonus of special team points while O'Reilly blocks shots regularly and has good +/-.

So what changes do you think I should make?

O'Reilly and Peverley should be on your team. Both will help you in FOW and +/-.

Drop Cleary for O'Reilly or Peverley. I would suggest maybe even dropping Bolland for one of the two as well so you can get both as they are both doing well and will continue to. However, if Bolland is that good of a FOW guy stick with him.
