Hard to bench a guy after 38/40 in the first game. Rinne was awful in the pre-season as well.
every single year a backup goalie in Nashville comes from the backup role to put up better numbers then the starter. Maybe Rinne can't handle the pressure of being named the starter and Ellis will steal his job back
