Elias is dealing with groin injuries, I would go with Giroux - he's even got a chance at making the top line if they end up dealing Briere
It IS a keeper but I posted here because I am really a lot more concerned with who wins this year as I am set up nicely for a shot at the title.
Take Elias proven track record of steady production
or
Gamble on Giroux's immense upside?
I know these boards have a tendency to be biased towards youth but I think this is a lot closer than many people on here might think...

I think Giroux's value is only slightly less than Elias's at present, given that Lemaire is back in NJ and Giroux may get top line minute as AngryJerk mentioned - plus your team is very young, so it's not like this is all or nothing, you look to be very competitive for years to come. For me this is a simple decision: Giroux all the way.
Giroux please.
Elias out 3-6 weeks. Give him a couple of weeks to get in game shape when he gets back. By the time the end of the season comes, I wouldn't be surprised if Giroux beats Elias this year.
The others have said it: groin injury for Elias and Lemaire in NJ.
Giroux for me, too.
