Help with the next pick?

Looking to make my next 2 picks in our prospect draft - only guys who haven't played an NHL game are available.

It's rounds 4/5 (picks 63/66)

I've taken: Cody Hodgson, Tyler Myers and Drayson Bowman. We start 3LW/3RW/3C/6D/1G but I'm not too concerned about that when it comes to prospects.

On my radar are:

G - Michael Neuvirth, Richard Bachman, Dustin Tokarski, Jeff Frazee, Daniel Larsson

F - Jacob Josefson, Michael Grabner, Brett MacLean, Nicklas Bergfors, Chris Terry, Igor Makarov, Zach Hamill, Zach Dalpe, Ryan Stoa

D - David Rundblad, Jamie McBain, Tyler Cuma

I don't know all the details about all the guys you've listed, but from what I know I would DEFINITELY take Michael Neuvirth with one of those picks. Then probably Grabner. A third option if you feel like gambling is Igor Makarov. He's a big boom/bust kind of player. He may not even make it to the NHL, or he might come over and have a Calder worthy season to begin an illustrious career.

I'm an idiot - I forgot Neuvirth got into a few games last year, so he's not available. No wonder he hadn't been selected yet.

Is Markstrom still available? If so, I'd grab him. Otherwise, check out Justin Goldman's recent threads on top goalie prospects if you want to grab a goalie. A word of warning though: goalie prospects are very hard to predict, and you may draft one that looks very promising only to find out he never makes the NHL.

If you want to shy away from less proven goalie prospects, I would probably be tempted to take Grabner (as he'll probably be playing with Hodgson and Schroeder) and Makarov.

Yeah, the top 5 or so goalie prospects have been taken (Gustavsson, Markstrom, Pickard, Allen, Enroth, Sexsmith, McCollum) so now it's more of a question mark on the rest of the guys. I don't want to waste a pick when I can probably get a solid young goalie in the main draft.

Bergfors may have a chance in NJ this year. Makarov is a good pick too.
