Off season trade window opens a week before our draft.
Last draft 5 teams kept 2 goalies each. 4 teams 1 goalie. 1 team no goalie.
I draft 3rd. I finished 1st the last two seasons only to be knocked out of the 1st round last year and 2nd round this season in the playoffs.

Draisaitl / Kaprizov / Stutzle / Bouchard are my 4 locks.
Then I am between the following for last 2 spots.
Thompson / Svech / Dahlin / Vasilevskiy / Marner
I am more inclined to see what a return on Marner & Dahlin (or Bouchard if you like Dahlin more) could get you for a keeper.
Another option; Thompson & Kaprizov for a Keeper upgrade

So, let's talk goalies right up front. I'm not keeping either of them. Zero Goalie Strategy. However, the good news is, there may be some GM's in you're league who will pay big for Vasi and maybe even Skinner. I'm shopping both hard and taking the best offers I get, but I'm not keeping either one of them if I don't have to. Sounds like your league loves the Flakes and a lot are kept, but I'm inclined to take my chances at the draft table. Just sayin'
I like Kaprisov, Draisaitl, Stutzle and Bouchard as a very nice core. I agree with you though, shop both Buchard and Dahlin and if you get the right offer move one of them, keeping the other is not a big step backwards whatsoever. I think TT is a good keep, he should rebound next year and let's face it, after this down year, you would be selling low, so, I would have no problem keeping him if you need to. That said, I'm shopping TT and all your other guys hard and looking for an upgrade or two for your last two keeper spots. Bottom line, you know your league, and, it's up to you as to what you might turn these other blue-chip assets into. You just need to roll up your sleeves and work it hard, simple as that. All this said, if you can't get any deals done, my keeps are as follows:

One team is very thin with respect to their 6 keepers. His best player is Makar. I would need to offer 2 keeper worthy players. I wonder if 2 of Svechnikov, Sergachev, T.Thompson, Vasilevskiy, Skinner would at least open some discussion ?
