Morgan Rielly or Noah Hanifin

With Noah almost certain to be traded or eventually leave the Flames does that increase his value?

I've never understood the Hanifin support. He seems cemented as a 40 point defenseman. He doesn't hit or block above the rates of an average defenseman. I don't see why any team would obtain him to be a PP1 player. I'd love to hear the case for him.

Rielly is demonstrably more valuable in every respect other than (1) being 3 years older and (2) Toronto's signal with the Klingberg signing that they'd be ok with moving Rielly off PP1. But even if the latter happens, Rielly on that Toronto team should still exceed or equal Hanifin in all categories. I'd prefer Rielly.
