Skinner, Samsonov or Markstrom ROS
For team in signature, with Vasi coming of the DL, who should I keep as my third goalie? he will probably be on the bench most of the weeks.

i would probably keep Samsonov as he is on the best team. He may not play as much as Markstrom but since he is going to ride your bench most of the time and you only need spot starts i think you take the guy that can perform best once he plays. No Sammy has struggled at times this year but im still going with best team by a mile.

With weekly lockout, I think you need to look at your schedule for the 2 main guys, and see which of the others don't have crappy schedules the same weeks. You might be able to narrow it down.
