Traded my Kyle Connor for his Tim Stutzle… thoughts? Figured Connor was off to a super hot start but obviously a tad unsustainable.

Well you got younger. I think it's pretty even to be honest. I think Connor's upside was his 93 point season, where in Stuzle were not sure where his upside settles at.

Personally i think its big win for you and here is why.
1. Both are about the same offensively at the moment and that includes scoring, PP time and Shots (Connor is slightly better here) . However i think Stutzle still got upside to grow into where i think Connor is what he is.
2. Phisical stats , Sutzle has clear edge and you count hits , blocks and pims
3. Stutzle is younger so you get few extra years of elite production hopefully.
4. Ottawa should just be rising year after year where Winnipeg should go in some kind of retool soon.

Categories perhaps favor Connor a tad, although maybe not with hits being 0.5, but Stutzle has a higher potential ceiling whereas Connor is what is already is. I think you win this trade more often than you lose it.

I'll go against the grain.
In a 1-year league I much prefer Kyle Connor to Stutzle, especially with your categories.
I see them finishing with similar point totals, but Connor has the edge in G, GWG (based on G) and SOG.
Stutzle may pass him in the coming years but I would have kept Connor.

I had a brain fart and didn't read it was a 1 year league. In that case this is dead even if not slight edge to Connor.
