Does anyone know much about this goalie prospect? He just had a 48 save shutout in the KHL, and the game before that he saved 47 of 48 shots. He plays for one of the worst KHL teams yet has the highest save percentage of any goalie with at least 10 games played.
Oh, and he’s doing all of this as a teenager!

Everything you state is a big positive. Goalie is really the only position where the KHL will play teenagers frequently enough. I know little about him, but he's definitely a watch list guy, because of what he's doing as a teenager in high-end men's league that rarely plays teens.
