Really tough call. I think with a quick glance my gut says Skinner. Merzlikins is probably the only one guaranteed 3 starts out of that group, but who knows how he fares. If you like to secure bulk categories and diceroll the others then there is definitely merit to going with Merzlikins.

Merzlikins is an easy no thanks for me. Those are not easy teams he's facing this week.
I am going to say Anderson would be my choice. Husso would be my 2nd choice.
Skinner will most likely start against Vancouver, and that will not be an easy game the way the Canucks are playing. The Oilers will do well to come out of there with one point, let alone two. I can see Campbell getting the start against SJ and Skinner back in for Seattle. He should come out with one win but I am not expecting two.
