I will again preface this by saying invariably when I give advice in these "who to start" threads it turns out to be wrong. With that caveat out of the way, I'd go with Vanecek (Montreal B2B) and Thompson. I agree Kuemper is a hard no, and I decided against Gus because I think the Oliers, knowing they don't have McDavid, will show up.
