For forwards and D
1 point per goal
1 point per assist

For goalies
2 points per shutout
2 points per wins

12 forwards, 6 d-men, 3 utility, 2 goalies, 6 bench, 4 IR

Trading and waivers

82 game max for each starting slot, so you don't have to worry about jamming your team with players who are playing every day.
Hell if no one ever misses a game, you never have to use your bench
