Looking at my tenders, would I be better off grabbing Copley and running with the LA tandem and Demko or holding 3 of my current 4? If not what 3 would you hold on to? I really would rather not carry 4 goalies, and I could really use another center so that spot is prime. Will Thompson be the starter, could Talbot will be battling for playing time and Vej is a huge (?)

You are in a real tough spot because both Vegas and LA are toss-ups with edge to Thompson and Copley in my opinion but likely a 50-32 GS type split.
I think Demko is a clear #1
I like Thompson @#2 to take that starter job (to the tune of 55 starts max)
I prefer Copley to Talbot over the season, so would make that switch... while keeping an eye on Talbot and Vej (I think Arizona could be respectable this year)

Yeah I’d drop Vej and beef up some skater stats. Or see if there’s a trade partner out there. Someone lacking a starting goalie.

I'm not sure you need 4G in a 10-team league. You may struggle to roll them out regularly. I'd rather have another skater than Vejmelka or Copley. Be quick to the waiver wire if you are in goalie need, however.
