Ok, I can do a draft order randomizer. I'll do one that sends out an email to everyone in the League to prove I did it once.

HR had sent a message to a few of us for email addresses for that reason. I'd wait until he confirms.

Just randomize me into the 1st spot and I will make sure the draft doesn't start before Monday for sure!

I think we should get it done before the weekend the draft order. Just to have something to think about before the draft.

And I'm assuming we're starting at 8am or earlier on Monday? I'm hoping the first pick isn't at like noon lol.

Agree about the order.

As for the start of the draft, I figured the picks thread would be created on Monday and then whenever the first person is ready to draft? Everyone knows we're starting on Monday so people should be ready by then, regardless of the time.

Although, knowing the order ahead of time has never really helped... maybe I should just wait until Monday and find out where I draft haha

Yeah that's true, it doesn't always make a big difference. But for us, doing an offline draft, I feel it's important to ensure that everyone sees the order in advance so they know when they're drafting and are checking messages for their turn. That way, hopefully that could reduce early round delays. Well, that's the theory anyway...
