Losing again this week 3-9-0 to the 5th place team. I play the 8th place team next week. Now that half the season has passed, I got to start winning big to make it into the playoffs. Currently in 12th place and about 40 points back.
Are any of the following players worth a look? Who should I drop?

How many keepers? Are you falling out of conte tion? Beniers and perfetti are co tribute games now AND have elite upside. I feel like they should be on your roster regardless. Id easily drop toffoli perron and even Jeannette for them. I think Jeannette especially could net a return maybe a three but id dislocated my wrist trying to mash accept if anyone offered me perfetti or beniers for any of those guys in a keeper. The caveat being they might not win you the title this year but that they will make next year much less steep of a climb.

Lafreniere is a guy id go after too. His 5vt numbers are fine- its all about opportunity with him and nyr arw famous for squandering those. One trade- 3 minutes of pp time and we could be looking at 70 points with upside.

Byfield is tearing up the A and projects to have elite talent. If you can keep him hes a target. If not these are just guys to keep on your radar.

If it were me id trade malkin et all and build a contender for next year off the wire. Would be a very short turnaround with those types of players available...
