I like to maximize potential.
If you start oettinger, you lose half the potential if you start Kuemper also

Unless you have a big win lead and can bank that category with one more win, it's Comrie/Oettinger. If one win gives you a large enough win lead, I'd do Oettinger/Kuemper.

I'd go with Comrie. Habs have scored one goal on the road so far. Granted, it's only two games, but their offense looks much less deadly on the road.
