pros:
younger (31)
not injury prone
no competition for #1 job

cons:
other that 2019 year, his numbers are bad or mediocre so future performance expectation is unclear
calgary seems to be a team on the decline
slightly higher aav ($6 million)

Bishop
pros:
much longer history of top performance
dallas looks to be a better team, especially defensively
siightly lower aav (~$5 million)

cons:
older (34)
injury prone and coming back from a major injury which could affect his performance
competition for #1 job

Markstrom for sure, good chance Bishop’s injuries will begin to impact his play so that he can’t even perform to his prior level. Even if not, Markstrom the safer bet.

Markstrom has 2 years of above-average performance, but only 1 I would say is good. Bishop's track record is indeed much longer and stronger.

I do worry about how he recovers, but if you have IR spots, and have options on the wire when Bishop gets hurt, then I want Bishop.
