My season has collapsed and I am in a retool year. I need to start making some decisions around who to trade and who to hold. Is it too early to hold Sorokin in a keep 8? Is Demko the real deal? Can Bishop come back and be his old self? Bob seems like he might be turning the corner and FLA looks like a much improved defensive team. Jarry is my keeper from last year and although a decline from PIT is inevitable there still may be value here.

I have an offer on the table of Demko and my Monahan for Sean Couturier which would be an upgrade for me. Thoughts?

Hard for me not to like Sorokin at the top of this list with Trotz around.

I don't know exactly what you mean by long term, but for me, if I'm thinking 3 years and longer, I like Sorokin and Demko.

Demko and Sorokin forsure!! Wherever Trotz is, I would usually lean towards that guy!! But Demko is really good.. Toss up for me..

I don't know exactly what you mean by long term, but for me, if I'm thinking 3 years and longer, I like Sorokin and Demko.

Long term in this case meant beyond this season. I'm playing for next year.

Thanks for bringing this post back from the dead. I decided to pass on the Monahan + Demko for Couturier deal so I will likely keep Demko and Sorokin as my final 2 keeps baring some other trade.
