My Hart is broken and I'm looking for options

Saves, SPCT, GAA, TOI, Win, Shutout

Current Goalies:
Hart ($0.863M), Samsonov ($1.475M), Reimer ($3.4M) and Smith ($2.0M)

I had Merz but traded him last week. I didn't think Hart would get absolutely embarrassed by BUF and I didn't think WSH's Coach would decide to flip flop goalies after Sammy's strong performances.

So here I am looking at the slim pickings on the wire. I could use some opinions on which goalie or 2 goalies are the best adds right now. Sorted by lowest AAV to highest AAV:

I mean Bob would be great but hard to do it at that price. And it's hard to say without knowing how much money you have to allocate.

Assuming you don't have much I would grab Elliott. Maybe he gets a few more now that Hart is really struggling.

Bob does for sure have a fairly easy schedule. Just a hard price to swallow.

81.5M weekly salary for 18 players and 2 goalies. Must have at least 5 D and no more than 7.

Elliott has always been on my mind, but PHI D is just looking terrible. Feels risky running both PHI goalies, but his AAV is certainly attractive and he's been doing well.
