He gave up three goals in the first period, at home, to the dumpster fire that is Buffalo. I guess I got my answer. So is it Sorokin, Jarry or Talbot? No matter who I pick, I can't do any worse!
I drafted Hart high, mostly as trade capital for the maniacal Flyers fans in my league. But now I can't sell him for a bag of dirty socks and a practice puck. I realize he has a high ceiling, but his floor is abysmal and I don't know how much longer I want to wait on him. This is a one-year league. With guys like Talbot (to handcuff Kahkonen), Jarry, Campbell, Petersen, Sorokin, Rinne and Elvis available as FA's, is it time to cut him loose for nothing? Or just ride this out with Vas and Kahkonen and only start him against Buffalo and NJ?

I would drop him for Jarry in a one year league.
That said, Hart has been gifted starts even after loses, so you know management wants him to be the go to guy. If he can find his game he would be the better own, I am just not sure he finds it well enough this season to garner you more points than Jarry.
Looks like Carter got the yank after one period. Buffalo was supposed to be a soft ball to help him get his confidence back.

I think his value is very minimal in a one year league, because he's playing like poop. He is the golden boy, but this stretch isn't a good sign, as the team has a defensive style. I didn't see the first period, as I was busy, but it sounded awful.

there goes your Buffalo strategy
I like Jarry then Sorokin and would keep an eye on Talbot and especially Elvis when he is close to a return
Yeah, so much for the BUF strategy! They serve him up BUF at home and he drops a turd. I guess I will go with Jarry. Seems like a safe bet. He played ok again tonight. But yes, I do like Sorokin. I think he'll get more starts down the stretch as they are playing well and want to keep Varley fresh. He hasn't done anything to hurt his stock lately.
